Hello, everybody! Today  we are going to discuss healthy habits. To be healthy, We should eat healthy food and exercise.  But you shouldn’t skip breakfast. Eat 3 meals at regular times. To be healthy, we should also keep clean: wash our hands before eating, brush our teeth twice a day and take a shower every day.
But that’s not enough. You shouldn’t watch too much TV or play computer games for too long. Finally you should get plenty of sleep every day.
