The teaching aims:

1.  Learn the new words:  water   juice   milk   tea
 
2.  Learn the sentences： I’m thirsty.
 Have a drink.
                         What do  you like?

   PPT, radio, tape, word cards.

The teaching procedure:

Step 1:  warm—up（8 mins）

Greeting each other (师生问候)

Sing an English song: This is the way . (唱一首英文歌)

Review fruits.(复习各种水果，引出自己的喜好)

Step 2:Presentation ( 10 mins )

The teacher shows a bottle of water and say : Oh ,I’m thirsty. Let’s have a drink.21教育网

Show the picture of a water bar .And ask the students to go and have a drink.21cnjy.com


Show the picture of water and the students follow the teacher to pronounce  it.  Then chant : water, water, I like water.

The same way to learn the others（milk, tea, juice）.


Play  a  game：What’s missing?

Step 3：Practice (10 mins)

Chant together. So they can know the key words and sentences well.

Make a survey in groups : What do you like? And choose 2 or 3 students to show their answers.(I ask and the students use the sentences I like---  to answer.)21·cn·jy·com
