   set off 还可以表示“引起，引发。”例如：
   A letter from home set off an attack of homesickness.

    unable to speak 是一个形容词短语，说明点头的状态。
    unable 表示 “不能的，不会的”。be unable to do sth. 表示“不能做某事”。例如：

The other people watched with interest.
    在这两个句子中，with引导的介词短语在句中都是作状语，表示方式 / 伴随。再如：
    Please handle this package with care.

with引导的介词短语在句中还可以作定语。例如：
I’d like a double room with a sea view.
You’ll need to speak to the tall woman with fair hair.

    Have a long way to go 通常表示“（为达到某个标准）仍有许多事要做”。例如：
   Li Lin has still got a long way to go before she becomes a successful teacher.
    Be patient. We’ve still got a long way to go.
